NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

United StatesPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I made it to a long final round interview, and that’s where the process stopped feeling professional.

The interviewers themselves seemed okay, and the questions landed in the easy-to-medium LeetCode range.

After the final conversation, they ghosted me. I followed up by sending a few emails, but I never got replies.

I didn’t receive an offer. It was frustrating because the interview content didn’t feel brutal, but the lack of closure afterward left the experience feeling incomplete and frustrating.
