Boulder, COPosted Aug 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a pretty compact campus-style process.

After the recruiter step, I ended up with a single one-site interview that lasted a couple of hours. It was run by engineers first, and then I also met the hiring manager as part of the same on-site flow.

The whole experience felt fairly positive overall—more structured and straightforward than stressful. I was expecting to hear back later, but I received the offer letter the very next day. Reflecting on it now, the speed and the clarity of the on-site interviews made the process feel a lot more manageable than I’d heard about from other places.
