NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

I went through four rounds of interviews, and then they removed the job opening and told me I’d need to go through the whole process again. It was difficult to accept because I’d already invested so much time.

What stood out was the lack of continuity and oversight. It felt like the company didn’t properly manage the status of the role while the interviews were ongoing.

I ended up with no offer, and overall the process left me feeling like the system didn’t account for candidates’ time.
