I made it through three technical rounds, and the process didn’t feel totally off until the end.

After a few conversations, I reached out about compensation, and that’s when everything went sideways.

They essentially went silent after I asked about the salary. What bothered me most was that they had told me they were giving positive feedback, so the delay—or complete lack of response—felt unfair after I’d already spent time on the technical rounds.

I ended up not receiving an offer. The interviews themselves weren’t the problem for me; the ghosting after they indicated positive feedback was the part that left a bad taste.
