NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

Because of how it landed, I was then invited to another interview about one to two weeks later, and that one also went well.

After that, I waited for a couple of weeks to get clarity. What I eventually heard was that I was the last of three candidates, and they decided to move forward with someone else. Everyone I spoke to along the way was friendly and professional, and the process itself felt organized—just drawn out.

I didn’t get an offer, and I was honestly frustrated more by the timeline than by the decision. I would’ve preferred to know sooner where things stood.
