After scheduling through the hiring side, my process moved quickly and stayed fairly tight on structure.

I ended up with six interviews with different stakeholders, and the conversations had a clear emphasis on whether I fit the culture and how I’d work with others. Communication was one of the better parts of the experience—throughout the process, I got prompt updates and timely messaging.

Each interview felt inclusive, not like I was being grilled. Even though there were a lot of touchpoints across stakeholders, the whole thing stayed manageable, and the entire process took under two weeks. The vibe was collaborative, and the tempo felt respectful.
