United StatesPosted Feb 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I first did a phone interview, and then I went through a full day on-site.

What stood out most was how welcoming and friendly the team was; it genuinely felt like one of the better on-site experiences I’d had. The questions were fairly routine and connected directly to the role rather than being overly theoretical.

Because the team’s demeanor was so positive, it made the technical parts feel less intimidating than they usually do on-site. I ended up getting an offer, and the process left me with the impression that the interviewers were focused on practical role fit and how I’d work with the group day to day.
