NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

The set of questions included one easy, one medium, and one hard problem. After that, I moved into a technical interview, then a manager interview, and finally an HR round.

The flow felt fairly paced, with each stage escalating from hands-on coding into deeper technical discussion and then into conversations about how I fit with the team. I liked that the rounds were clearly sequenced rather than mixing formats.

I ended up getting an offer. Looking back, the thing I appreciated most was that the process felt coherent—coding first, then technical validation, then people-focused rounds.
