After things started moving, I ended up doing a fully online virtual day that took a few hours total.

The structure was fairly direct: I sat through two 45-minute interviews, then completed a case study and a group project. I liked that the day wasn’t random—it had a clear sequence of interactions and exercises.

The interviews themselves had a friendly, positive feel, which made the pressure easier to manage while I was switching between different activities. The case study and group project were more taxing than I expected, mostly because they demanded focus and a different kind of thinking than a normal conversation.

What surprised me was how long the decision and feedback took afterward.
