Research Triangle Park, NCPosted Aug 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was first contacted by email about the opportunity, and that quickly turned into phone interviews.

I started with a call with someone locally in a management position, and then I did a second phone interview with the west coast counterpart in the same sort of role.

After those two calls, I was brought in for an onsite interview at their RTP campus. The progression felt fairly standard—remote conversations first to align on fit, then an in-person round once they were ready to dig deeper.

Overall, it felt like a deliberate sequence rather than a random set of meetings, and the onsite component was the point where the process became real and concrete.
