NetApp Software Engineer interview experience

My experience left a bitter impression mainly because of how long it took and how little feedback came afterward.

It started with a casual half-hour HR-style discussion and then a short technical round lasting about 15 minutes.

After that came a series of interviews that stretched the total time to around four to six hours. I spoke with an engineering manager, teammates, a quality team, and another manager from a different team. The technical portion included LeetCode questions ranging from medium to hard, with the technical interviews handled by teammates.

I didn’t get an offer, and what I couldn’t stand was the way the process felt like it didn’t respect my time—plus they didn’t provide feedback
