My timeline stretched out to about a month, mainly because the hiring was tied to a specific client.

The process started with a computer test, and then I had three face-to-face rounds following it, finishing with an HR round.

What I liked was that the different rounds were clearly separated, and it was obvious the interview depended on the client’s needs rather than just a generic internal process. The role itself didn’t feel like it was in a rush; it felt more like a coordinated pipeline with delays built in.

I received an offer. The end-to-end wait was long for me, but once the client-driven sequence aligned, the process moved from testing to interviews to HR and then to the offer.
