Ness Digital Engineering Software Engineer interview experience

I only had two rounds of discussion: one technical and one managerial. The questions they asked were kept to basics, and both interviewers aimed to cover fundamental areas rather than trying to trip me up.

I walked away without feeling tense because the tone was low-pressure and the round structure was simple. I ended up getting an offer, and honestly what stuck with me most was how straightforward it seemed compared to other companies’ processes.
