My interview was structured into three main rounds with clear timing, and the whole thing felt fairly focused.

There was a technical conversation lasting roughly 45 minutes to an hour, then a manager round of about 30 to 45 minutes, and finally an HR round around 15 to 20 minutes.

In the technical round, I was asked questions on SQL SSIS and SSRS. The manager round was explicitly non-technical, more centered on how I worked and how I’d fit beyond the hands-on pieces.

Overall, the difficulty felt average and I did get an offer. What I remember most is how cleanly the rounds separated technical depth from the softer, people-and-fit discussion, instead of blending everything together.
