I interviewed for Software Engineering and went through a multi-stage, somewhat strict journey (often video/remote), typically culminating in a client or leadership-facing round over about a week to 4+ weeks.

Initial technical fit screen — I was evaluated on whether my background matched their stack needs (e.g., .NET Core/AWS and/or Angular/MVC).
Technical interviews — I faced core technical questions in Java/Hibernate/Spring (including scenario-based topics like Spring scopes).
Client round (scenario-driven) — I was assessed on real-world communication and scenario handling, and this was the stage that got difficult.
Manager/leadership discussions — I later had additional technical/leadership conversations where my profile was matched to a higher responsibility.
**Final
