My experience was hard to map to specific round details because the description I got was more general, but it was clearly framed as a multi-stage hiring flow.

I was told the process typically starts with defining the job description and posting it, then moves into scheduling interviews and doing preliminary rounds.

It also sounded like the progression would lead to in-person interviews after the early screening steps. Overall it came across as a standard HR-driven structure rather than something tightly focused on technical grilling.

Since this was more of a high-level overview than a full step-by-step interview day, it didn’t feel like I could judge the difficulty or the outcome the same way as other candidates’ stories.
