Ness Digital Engineering Software Engineer interview experience

First, the Ness team conducted an interview, and if I cleared that, I moved into additional rounds with the client. The overall shape was basically a Ness interview first, then one or more client rounds after that.

What surprised me was how explicitly it was framed as “hiring for a client,” which made it feel like the client-side evaluation was the real deciding factor. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the journey itself was cleanly segmented: pass the first gate with Ness, then continue with client interviews.
