MumbaiPosted Feb 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through the standard pattern of an initial telephonic round, followed by a machine coding + technical round, and then an HR round.

The waiting period stretched out after I cleared the technical stages, and when the HR round was finally scheduled, the communication I got afterward didn’t match what I expected.

Even though I hadn’t actually attended the HR round, I was informed that I was rejected during that stage. It felt confusing more than anything—like the process flow and the status updates weren’t aligned. The technical parts had gone far enough that I was optimistic, but the final step ended abruptly with that HR rejection message.
