NeoSOFT Software Engineer interview experience

First I did a telephonic screening, then I moved into a coding round, and later I had a techno-managerial discussion. It took roughly three weeks to schedule that final round after I cleared the second one, so the waiting time between steps was noticeable.

Across the technical calls, the questions leaned toward fundamentals and core engineering basics—DSA topics, JavaScript, and database-style thinking. I also remember Git showing up in the conversation, along with React-related questions like hooks, and even comparisons like when something counts as a higher-order component versus a hook.
