NeoSOFT Software Engineer interview experience

My first step was a machine test that lasted about an hour and a half, focused on a CRUD application scenario with sorting on a table and paging.

After that, the technical rounds leaned heavily on SQL.

In the next technical interview, they asked questions mostly tied to the project I’d discussed, with some SQL concepts sprinkled in. The final part of the loop was again SQL-focused but more specific on things like management actions and filters and whether I could work through operations like keep/peek style behavior.

I didn’t get an offer. What stuck with me was how SQL and practical data behavior showed up across multiple rounds rather than staying limited to a single “database” question cluster.
