My interview process had a few main components: two technical rounds, a written programming exercise, and some SQL query work.

The format was demanding enough that I felt like the company was testing more than just basic knowledge.

One frustrating part was the lack of feedback. I went through the rounds and still didn’t get any clarity on why things didn’t work out.

I wasn’t selected. On top of that, there was mention of a 1.5-year bond, which made the whole experience feel less appealing even though the company name sounded bigger than what the process delivered.
