NeoSOFT Software Engineer interview experience

That first call went well, and after about a week I was invited to another interview with a business/engineering responsible person.

The sequence was simple: HR first, then a second discussion focused more on the role fit from a leadership perspective. There wasn’t a long multi-stage assessment described beyond those two steps.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer. Still, the process felt organized and respectful of time because the steps were clear and paced over a couple of weeks.
