NCS Frontend Engineer interview experience

I made it past the first stage and expected the next interview, yet I wasn’t updated promptly about what was happening. Instead, I discovered the position had been filled without getting timely communication.

It was a bad hiring experience overall—not because the interviews were necessarily negative, but because the coordination around the stages felt poor. The uncertainty and lack of follow-through weighed on me more than anything about the technical content.
