NCS Software Engineer interview experience

The overall experience was smooth and pretty easy, and I even followed up via email because I didn’t hear anything afterward. After that, I got no response at all—no updates or messages—and it ended with me feeling like I’d basically been left hanging. The biggest part of the experience wasn’t the interview difficulty; it was the silence afterward, which honestly left a sour feeling despite how straightforward things initially seemed.
