My process started with a pre-placement talk, and then it moved into tests and technical rounds in a pretty clear sequence.

I had a written test first, then followed it with two technical rounds back-to-back as the interview stages progressed. A short HR discussion came after the technical work, and there was a mention that if I was selected I’d get a call letter with the best salary.

What made it feel intense was the structure around qualification before even stepping into the interview room. There was a quiz I needed to take ahead of time, and I had to pass it to proceed. The flow also involved practical logistics—when I reached NCS, I had to contact the point of contact and I was escorted to the interview
