NCS Software Engineer interview experience

SingaporePosted Mar 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a much lighter, intern-style screen than most of the other processes I’d seen.

It was a single phone call with HR, mostly focused on my background—my experience and the skills I claimed. There weren’t really technical questions to speak of, and the whole thing felt like more of a quick fit check than an evaluation of coding depth.

It was very easy overall, and since it was only one round, it didn’t drag on. I didn’t receive an offer, but it was the kind of conversation that left me feeling like they were mainly validating basics rather than testing knowledge under pressure.
