I started with a test that took about an hour and used 60 multiple-choice questions.

After that, I had a face-to-face interview with two hiring managers for the next hour. The interview stage focused on walking through past work and project experience.

The structure was pretty clear from the beginning: test first, then discussion. They also asked me to demonstrate a project I’d done, which made the interview feel grounded in real work rather than purely hypothetical questions.

The technical test itself set the pace, but the later focus on my projects stood out. I ended up feeling like my ability to explain what I built mattered a lot for how I came across.
