I didn’t go through the usual full interview pipeline because I was already working in the same team through an outsourced setup.

The process was basically streamlined: I had a formal HR meeting rather than the standard rounds. It felt more like paperwork and confirmation than a technical evaluation.

Because I’d already been operating in that environment, the meeting with HR was short and straightforward. I walked away feeling like the hard part wasn’t a new assessment, but rather maintaining credibility within the team already in place.
