My loop had two technical rounds followed by a managerial round.

The technical part felt analytical in how they evaluated me, and I noticed the emphasis was on problem-solving approach and my basic knowledge of the technology, not on whether I could go deep on a single language.

Even with that framework, the interview was challenging. The expectations felt higher than what I was able to demonstrate confidently.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the experience stayed with me as a process where clear reasoning mattered a lot, and I hadn’t fully matched what they were looking for.
