Redlands, CAPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a one-hour interview split pretty evenly between behavioral and technical.

The behavioral part stayed general—resume questions and basic background discussion.

For the technical half, they asked basic data structures and algorithms questions, followed by an easy coding problem. The technical portion didn’t feel extreme, and the overall structure made it manageable to keep track of what they wanted.

Difficulty-wise it was easy, and the balance between the two halves helped. When I finished, it felt like I’d been tested on fundamentals rather than pushed into hard problem-solving under pressure.
