Atlanta, GAPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a straightforward, casual behavioral interview with the manager of the team.

It was focused on my background and resume, and the conversation felt easy to navigate. During that call, I got a good sense of how the company operated and what they valued, without it feeling like an interrogation.

A couple of weeks later, I was reached back out with an offer. What stuck with me most was how direct the process felt: after that single manager conversation, things moved quickly enough that it didn’t drag on. Looking back, the best part was the clarity and the relaxed nature of the interview, which made it easier to show my experience accurately.
