NCR Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewers were nice, and they kept it fairly clean in terms of rules—no external resources were allowed.

I didn’t make it past that first round, but what really lingered was what happened afterward. I reapplied later and still didn’t get a response email, which made the process feel oddly silent even after spending time interviewing.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the biggest reflection I had was that a quick “no” can feel easier than the uncertainty that comes from silence later on.
