The process started with being introduced to the team and a role overview.

After that, they discussed my background and the skills I’d bring, and then the interview moved into situational questions aimed at evaluating my problem-solving abilities.

The conversation was challenging in a thoughtful way—more thought-provoking than just technical trivia. I remember it feeling interesting because the questions were designed around how I’d reason through real problems.

Overall it left me more mentally engaged than anxious, even though it still pushed me to think carefully.
