NCR Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

I requested that the interviewer share video, and he agreed, which helped me feel like I knew what to expect. During the hour, I had a bit of internet trouble, but he stayed patient through it and kept the conversation going.

The interview itself was essentially a discussion of whether I was the right fit based on what he was looking for, and I left with the clear feeling that I wasn’t the profile he wanted. It was quick in the moment and not overly complicated technically, but it was still uncomfortable in the sense that the fit question dominated. I didn’t hear back with an offer afterward.
