NCR Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

I remember it being three rounds total including HR. The first two rounds were fully technical, each with a coding component; the third round was HR. The coding side took about the first half of the time block—around 30 to 35 minutes—and the remaining time shifted toward project knowledge and how I handled terms and details.

For me, the process also had a real-world “wait” phase once the interviews were done. After an interview resulted in an offer, the next steps weren’t instant: there was a multi-week background check and then a drug test, and only afterward came a manager introduction.
