NCR Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

I applied through Workday and then waited, but I received absolutely no response. The whole experience felt like the application never made it past whatever filters they were running, and the resume handling didn’t seem to parse correctly either.

What made it the worst was the lack of any communication—no rejection, no next step, just silence. I ended up assuming they might be using some AI-based filtering, because the turnaround and non-responses made it feel automated rather than human reviewed.
