Mississauga, ONPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first contact involved an assessment and then a technical interview, and the whole thing felt pretty straightforward.

The interview happened before the test, and the questions were pretty basic and electrical/technical in nature.

The difficulty felt manageable—nothing that seemed designed to stump someone with at least a year of experience in the field. It didn’t feel intimidating or overly technical in a way that would create uncertainty.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself felt routine and clear. My reflection was that the interview didn’t surprise me, which made it easy to follow, even though it still didn’t lead to a positive decision.
