My experience started with HR, and honestly it was smooth.

The HR team was kind and normal throughout the process, and everything felt easily accessible and approachable. The overall experience with them was easy and flawless.

The interview itself, though, leaned more on general questions than anything deeply tailored to me. That was the one thing that made it feel a bit less personalized than I expected, especially compared to how comfortable the HR conversation made me.

The difficulty was average, and while I didn’t end up with an offer, I still came away with a good impression of how the HR side treated me.
