My interview was very simple and mostly conversational.

It was face to face with the MD, and the conversation started with classic prompts like telling me about my experience and introducing myself. I also ended up discussing my background and personal details, and then the MD explained company information and norms.

It didn’t feel like there was any heavy testing or technical grilling—just a straightforward discussion. The overall vibe was easygoing and meant more to understand my story and fit than to evaluate deep skills on the spot. I left it feeling like the interview was more about alignment with how the company operates than about passing
