The interview process I went through was short and direct: two rounds, one technical and one HR, with a manager discussion included.

The structure stayed compact, and it was mostly about how I performed across those two dimensions.

The overall difficulty was marked as difficult, and the back-and-forth felt focused on evaluation rather than small talk. The repetition of the two-round framing—tech then HR with manager involvement—made it feel like they were using a tight rubric to compare candidates quickly. Even with the limited number of stages, it felt like a real assessment.
