NCR Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

NairobiPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview felt smooth from the start because the talent acquisition team guided me through the process.

They kept things aligned with what I was applying for, so the questions didn’t drift into unrelated territory.

Everything stayed within a fairly short window—under about two months from my initial contact. The process itself didn’t feel drawn out or overly complicated, and I remember it as a calm experience overall.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the main reflection I had was that the process was well-run and easy to navigate even if the final decision didn’t go my way.
