NCR Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

First was a behavioral interview that lasted about an hour, and then I had a technical coding interview that took around two hours.

Across the technical discussion, there were three people involved, including two QA team members. The structure made it feel collaborative and focused on how I’d reason through coding, not just whether I’d land the right answer immediately. The overall difficulty was in the average range for me, and the time allocation was clear—behavioral up front to understand me, then a longer coding-focused evaluation right after.
