My first stage was an online assessment with multiple-choice questions on programming and debugging code.

It felt relatively straightforward, not overly demanding.

After that, I had a recruiter call focused on company fit, and then I moved into two calls with engineers where the conversation centered on my previous experience and team fit. Those engineer conversations stayed grounded in real background and fit rather than trying to force a tricky technical performance.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the overall experience was calm and easy to navigate—nothing about it felt chaotic or overly hostile.
