I initially received an assignment related to designing ledger co.

After I was shortlisted, I got asked about a parking-lot style LLD, and then I went into a hiring manager round.

Bad vibes was the word I kept thinking about. The interviewer showed up late, the LLD interviewer didn’t seem to be listening while interviewing, and the hiring manager was working while the interview was happening. It didn’t feel serious.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even though LLD and HM are inherently subjective, the lack of attentiveness and the poor conduct made it hard for me to take the process seriously.
