I interviewed for the software engineering role and ended up going through five rounds including cultural fit plus an assignment.

The process stretched out, and by the time it was supposed to move into an offer phase, the HR team went silent.

When I reached out repeatedly for feedback, the HR response was that they couldn’t find a suitable position for me. I felt the situation was especially frustrating because the earlier rounds implied progress, and I didn’t get a clean, early rejection before investing that time.

I didn’t get an offer. The hard part to process wasn’t only the rejection—it was the ghosting and late messaging after the rounds were already completed.
