Navan Frontend Engineer interview experience

The platform seemed to work poorly and it actually knocked me out of focus. What made it worse was that the questions were all JavaScript-focused, even though I was told I could practice in any language beforehand.

The experience ended without an offer, and what I remember most clearly wasn’t just the difficulty—it was the mismatch between expectations and what showed up in the live session. The tooling and language inconsistency made the whole round feel harder than it needed to be.
