Naval Nuclear Laboratory Software Engineer interview experience

The call was more of a resume walkthrough than a test—he had me go over my background and explain how that experience would make me successful in the job. It felt pretty straightforward, and the tone was focused on fit rather than trick questions.

Overall, it landed in the “easy” category for me because the conversation didn’t push into hard technical territory. I left the call feeling like the company was trying to understand what I’d done and whether it matched what the role needed.
