My interview process ended up being compressed into the same day, which made everything feel a little chaotic at first.

It started after I was given reading material in advance, and the explanation I received about how the small “test piece” would be handled felt confusing right from the beginning.

I moved through a technical portion and then an HR conversation, and later I met with higher-ups for those who had already passed earlier stages. Even though the people I spoke with seemed polite, the communication didn’t feel fully aligned—there were moments where they seemed unsure what had already been told to me and what would happen next. I also remember getting rejection messaging relayed to me multiple times
