The process dragged on for months, starting with my application in November and eventually stretching into the assessment in late March.

What stood out to me was that I kept receiving emails showing I was still in the running, which was helpful during the waiting.

After an initial situational judgement test, I moved into a pre-recorded video interview focused on experience—both working in a team and working alone. Then there was a review stage with the hiring manager where I wasn’t really included beyond being told to wait. I passed the SJT and video interview, and then it became a patience test rather than another round of work.
