United StatesPosted Sep 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got pulled in through a manager conversation after being called a few weeks after applying online.

The manager started with basic OOP and programming questions, and then the next day I met with team members who asked very similar kinds of questions. The concepts were straightforward and didn’t feel like they were trying to trick me.

What made it feel positive was how quickly it moved from conversation to decision. They made me an offer just two days after the interview stage.

Overall, the process felt friendly and low-drama. I ended up with an offer, and honestly the fast turnaround made the experience feel decisive rather than drawn out.
